Included with ActivityPro

Training & Support 

All ActivityPro clients have access to a pre-recorded online video demonstration of the software to familiarize the home to the many features available. This demonstration shows how to create activity profiles, explains the scoring process and how to score activities and generate reports.


All clients of ActivityPro also receive a manual in a downloadable PDF format. The manual includes step-by-step instructions and helpful tips for ActivityPro users.


While using ActivityPro, you also have access to an extensive FAQ section that helps guide you through many of the most common tools and features.


ActivityPro provides telephone and email support during regular business hours – all of which is included with your subscription.

In addition to the training that is included with all of our plans, we also offer a variety of optional training packages to help you and your staff get the most out of ActivityPro.

Live Online Training Exclusive to your Home(s)

3 two-hour sessions, for a total of six hours, scheduled as the home implements the program.

These online training sessions are fully interactive and questions are encouraged throughout the presentations.

Two-Day In-Person Training 

For one or more homes that want immediate across-the-board implementation and consistency throughout the organization.

A two-day training program, for a total of 12 hours, combining ActivityPro’s software with best practices training for activity planning and documentation.
