Not only does it keep my families informed on their loved ones on a daily basis, it keeps myself and my department organized and operating efficiently! The whole system is very user friendly & pretty self-explanatory. My families love being able to see the different types of graphs and comparing the month to month activities. Whenever I have an issue or a question- their support people are right on top of it! Danae has been nothing but helpful, informative and patient with me during the onboarding process.
